Live Coaching Q&A Events August & September: Your Questions, Answered

Every year around this time we hear a version of the same thing...
A coach has been sitting on a question for months. Maybe it's about whether somatic coaching belongs in their practice. Maybe it's about why their LinkedIn profile is getting views but not conversations. Maybe it's about what marketing their coaching business should actually look like, because everything they've tried so far has felt like it was built for someone else.
They've done the research. They've watched the videos. They've read the articles.
And what they actually needed was a real conversation with someone who has already worked through what they're working through.
That's what we built the Ask Me Anything sessions for at FromWithin Coaching. You bring the question you've been carrying around. You get a real answer, in real time, from people with real experience in the room you're trying to get into.
We have eleven of those sessions coming up between now and the end of September. Here's everything that's on the calendar.
What Are the FromWithin Coaching Ask Me Anything Events?
The FromWithin Coaching Ask Me Anything events are live Zoom sessions led by coaches and specialists in specific areas. Each session is structured around the questions attendees bring. There is no script running through slides whether or not the slides are relevant to you. The format is conversation, not presentation.
You do not need to be enrolled in a program or a current client to attend. You register, you show up, and you ask what you've been wondering about. That's the whole format.
The sessions cover a range of topics: mentor coaching, somatic coaching, CliftonStrengths, LinkedIn profiles, and marketing a coaching business using social media. Different sessions, same format. Real questions, real answers, live.
The August Events: Starting This Week
August 19: Ask Me Anything with ICF Mentor Coach Amy Magyar
The first event on the calendar is this Wednesday, August 19th.
Amy Magyar is an ICF Mentor Coach. This session is built for coaches who have questions about their coaching practice, their credentialing path, or what working with a mentor coach actually looks like in practice. If you've been wondering whether mentor coaching is the right next step for you, or how to find and evaluate a mentor coach, this is the room to bring that question.
The session is on Zoom. Registration is at fromwithincoaching.com/event-list.
August 25: Co-Create your Resilience Routine
This one is a different format from the Ask Me Anything sessions. It's a working session.
You won't just hear about resilience strategies and leave to implement them on your own later. The point of this session is to build something before you log off. If you've been meaning to get intentional about how you recover and regroup under pressure, this session gives you the structure to do it. Facilitated by Denise Krumlian & Megan Flanagan
August 28: Ask Me Anything with ICF Mentor Coach Amy Magyar
A second session with Amy, same open format. If August 19th doesn't work with your schedule, or if you attended and want to continue the conversation, August 28th gives you another opportunity to bring your coaching questions to someone whose entire practice is built around working with coaches.
August 31: Ask Me Anything on Marketing Your Coaching Business with Social Media
This one is with Megan Flanagan who spent more than 20 years in sales, 11 of those at QVC, watching people make decisions in real time. Before that, she worked retail on the floor, learning how to read what someone actually wanted before they said it out loud. That background is what she brings to every conversation she has with coaches who are excellent at coaching and stuck on the business and marketing side.
If your content is not getting traction, if your social media strategy feels like something you borrowed from someone else's business, or if you don't have a strategy at all yet, this session is built for you. Bring your questions. She'll be direct about what she sees.
The September Events: A Full Month of Live Sessions
September 3 and September 22: Somatic Coaching with Augusta Good
Somatic coaching is showing up in more conversations than it was a few years ago. If you're a coach who's curious about what it is, how it works, and whether it belongs in your practice, Augusta Good is the right person to ask.
Two sessions available in September for this one, both in Ask Me Anything format. The September 3rd session is first, and September 22nd is available if the earlier date doesn't work.
September 8 and September 14: Ask Me Anything About Your LinkedIn Profile
These are with Megan Flanagan. Your LinkedIn profile is the first place most new clients or professional contacts will look you up. If it reads like a resume for a version of your career you've already moved past, it's creating friction for every person who searches for you.
I've rewritten more than 100 LinkedIn profiles for coaches and entrepreneurs. The profile is almost never the problem. The problem is usually that it doesn't sound like the person whose name is at the top of it. These sessions are for coaches and business owners who want to understand what's not working and what to do about it.
Two sessions available: September 8th and September 14th. Bring your profile. We'll look at it together.
September 10 and September 28: Marketing Your Coaching Business with Social Media
Two more sessions in September covering marketing your coaching business using social media. Same format as the August 31st session with me. If you couldn't make that one, or if you went and want to go deeper, register for September 10th or September 28th.
This is not a session about tactics and trending content formats. It's about building a marketing approach that works because it sounds like you, not like a template.
September 15: CliftonStrengths and Resilience
This session brings two things together that I think belong together.
Your CliftonStrengths profile tells you more than how you work at your best. It also tells you where you tend to go under pressure, what kind of support actually works for you, and where your natural patterns of resilience already live. Most people who've taken the assessment haven't gone that deep with their results.
If you've taken the CliftonStrengths assessment and haven't done much with it, this session is worth your time. If you've been working with your themes for years and want to look at them through the lens of resilience specifically, there's something here for you too. Facilitated by Denise Krumlian & Megan Flanagan
How to Decide Which Sessions to Attend
Eleven events between now and the end of September. You don't need to attend all of them. Here's how I'd think about which ones are worth your time.
If you're a coach with questions about your practice, your ICF credentialing path, or what mentor coaching looks like, start with Amy Magyar's sessions on August 19th or August 28th.
If your LinkedIn profile is not doing what it should be doing, the sessions on September 8th and September 14th are the ones to register for.
If your content and social media strategy feel like they belong to someone else's business, the marketing sessions on August 31st, September 10th, and September 28th are where to start.
If somatic coaching is on your radar and you want to ask someone who does it every day, register for the September 3rd or September 22nd session with Augusta Good.
If you've taken CliftonStrengths and want to understand what your results actually mean for how you handle pressure and recover, September 15th is for you.
And if you need something to focus on in the next five days, start with what's closest: Amy Magyar is on Zoom this Wednesday, August 19th.

Most of the questions worth asking don't need more research. They need the right room.
