1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website at www.fromwithincoaching.com (the "Site") and any services offered by FromWithin Coaching LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

2. Services

FromWithin Coaching LLC provides business coaching services, which may include but are not limited to:

• One-on-one coaching sessions (virtual or in-person)

• Group coaching programs

• Online courses, workshops, and masterclasses

• Downloadable resources, guides, and templates

• Email-based coaching or support

The specific scope, deliverables, and schedule of any coaching engagement will be outlined in a separate coaching agreement or service description provided at the time of purchase or enrollment.

3. Booking and Scheduling

When you book a session or enroll in a program through the Site, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Bookings are confirmed once payment is received or a valid payment method is on file.

Cancellations and Rescheduling: You may cancel or reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or no-shows, will be forfeited and no refund or credit will be provided unless otherwise stated in your coaching agreement.

4. Payments and Refunds

All fees for services are stated at the time of purchase. Payment is due in full at the time of booking unless a payment plan has been agreed upon in writing.

We use third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) to handle transactions. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms and privacy policies of those payment processors.

Refund Policy: Due to the nature of coaching services, all sales are final unless otherwise specified in the applicable program or service description. If a refund is offered for a particular program, those terms will be clearly stated at the time of enrollment.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site and within our programs—including text, graphics, logos, videos, worksheets, frameworks, and course materials—is the property of FromWithin Coaching LLC and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any of our content without prior written consent. Purchasing a program or service grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the materials for your own personal or business development purposes only.

6. Client Responsibilities

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical advice. Our services are educational and informational in nature.

• Results are not guaranteed. Your success depends on your own effort, decisions, and circumstances.

• You are solely responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results arising from coaching.

• You will not share, redistribute, or resell any proprietary materials provided through our programs.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services and the Site are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the content or services offered. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue, or results from using our services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FromWithin Coaching LLC and its owner, Amy Magyar, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FromWithin Coaching LLC, Amy Magyar, and any affiliates, employees, or contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Site or services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any third party’s rights.

10. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or services. We do not control or endorse these third parties and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.

11. Newsletter and Email Communications

By signing up for our email list or newsletter, you consent to receive marketing and informational emails from us. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in any email. Unsubscribing from marketing emails will not affect transactional communications related to your purchases or bookings.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site or any services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless both parties agree to resolve the matter in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with the updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
