Why denise Krumlian:
I help companies, leaders, and teams create purpose-driven outcomes and greater fulfillment. Coaching is my purpose, and I am passionate about personal and professional transformation. I am dedicated to helping leaders and teams elevate their individual and collective performance, foster trust and collaboration, and achieve sustainable success and satisfaction.
Before coaching full-time, I spent 13 years as a technology leader in a Fortune 500 company. It was there I learned what type of leader I wanted to be and the type of leader I did not want to be. Through my own transformations, I discovered what it means to be an authentic and resilient leader, the power of the mind-body connection, and how to counter and prevent burnout. I also saw first-hand that when I focused on people, coupled with communicating a clear vision, mission, and strategy, the results naturally followed.
I know how exciting and scary change can be, because I have lived it.

ABOUT ME
I'm from and reside in Massachusetts with my husband and son. When I'm not coaching, I love connecting with my people, spending time outside, lifting weights, cooking, and watching movies. The beach in Maine is my happy place.
A gypsy at heart, I love traveling and exploring new places. I first truly understood what it meant to be present while sitting in a café in Venice, sipping delicious coffee, smelling the salty air, and watching the people move through the world. It was life-changing.
Combining my love of lifelong learning with my passion for travel, food, and wine, I have a personal goal to visit as many vineyards as I can throughout the world. Because the best growth, personal and professional, happens when you stay curious, stay open, and stay present.
