Co-Create Your Own Resilience Routine with Coaches Denise Krunlian and Megan Flanagan
Resilience isn’t one-size-fits-all, it’s personal, practical, and something you can build intentionally.
Join us for an interactive workshop where we’ll explore the somatic practices and brain science that help us regulate stress, build capacity, and strengthen resilience in everyday life. Together, we’ll guide you through creating your own personalized resilience routine, simple, sustainable tools designed to support you.
You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of how resilience works in the body and brain, and a routine you create that you can return to every day that supports you.
